3 Uncles & A Barman is a lively all-day restaurant, bar & terrace located
in the heart of Patong, Phuket. One open kitchen serves the comfort
classics of Thai, Italian, and Middle Eastern dishes, centered around a
signature island bar. With in-house radio and casual games, it moves
with the rhythm of Phuket – soft in the morning, smooth in the day, and
casually alive by night.

Thai, Italian, and Middle Eastern comfort dishes brought together under one roof
– each with its own flavour, all Uncle-approved. There’s creamy massaman curry,
pizza straight from the oven, spicy som tam, crispy falafel wraps, and grilled
meats. It’s open all day, with a separate breakfast menu if you’re the kind of
person who wants shakshuka or pancakes at 2 PM.

The Bar

At the center of it all is the Barman – mixing tikis with a story, signature spritzes,
and classics done right. The playlist shifts, the lights change, and by sunset, the
vibe lifts: think DJs, guest takeovers, drink deals, and sometimes a few surprises
